My teeth are super white! I have used this product in the past. I bought it from my dentist for a much higher price. This is the same product as my dentist's. I use 20 percent starch because more starch makes my teeth more sensitive. She works great. I have custom trays specifically for teeth whitening. I recommend only using the small dot on the front of the bleach bath. Enough to cover the tooth without running on the gum. It is important that this does not touch your gums. Otherwise, if it wears off, you have sensitivity. In about five days you will have amazingly white teeth. My teeth are bigger, but they're growing a few notches. Very nice and I recommend
