If you want a form fit, go down a size. I am 5'6" 135-137lbs 36B and generally wear size MEDIUM though this medium is a little baggier than I typically like. The neckline is a little higher as well. It is quite warm and soft - not too thick and not itchyI hope this review was USEFUL!
