The installation was very easy. I especially liked the quick connect hose. The large nut tightening the unit to the sink was easy to reach and tighten. The entire unit seemed sturdy and pretty well-built overall. I would have given a five star rating except that you have to manually change the flow setting from spray to stream when you turn the flow off, otherwise you get a surprise with the strong spray when you next turn it off. Only gave 4 stars because hubby says he needs to get used to the traction on the bottom of the socks, when he steps back. Plus his legs swell and they leave an uncomfortable line on his leg. Really liked these frames, however I have hard wood floors and accidentally dropped two of them about 4 feet off the ground within 10 minutes of opening the package. One frame was slightly cracked, while the other one had a few plastic bits fly off with the metal bracket from inside the frame exposed.
