This product has obviously been fully used by the previous owner (of course this is also VERY unsanitary). There was NO PRODUCT left in the brow pencil, the container was dirty and the SPOOL WAS USED (there was literally EYEBROW HAIR and product on the spool!) On the box and in the order the product was marked #5 but the pencil was (again not a product) was marked #6.
