Need something to glue the broken slate watch case together. The epoxy worked, but it was too thick between the splices, so I tried this Gorilla Gel CA. Really impressed with how it works to create a strong connection. One reviewer said it foams up when you add a drop of water. He must have confused another glue with it because it doesn't say add water! Simply apply a few drops of glue, stick the two parts together for 10-20 seconds, done. Now some tips. 1. Make sure there is no dust on the surfaces to be bonded and first check the connection of the parts to each other, because you can only do this once. 2. After each use, wipe the top and screw on the cap to prevent tip clogging. I held the paper towel and lid right over the wear I'm working on. Once I put drops of glue on the part to be glued, I quickly wipe the top part of the bottle, put the lid on and then press the two parts together for 10-20 seconds. If you wait until you glue the piece to put the cap on, or don't clean the nozzle first, you'll likely become a reviewer with a clogged nozzle. It takes me less than a second to dry off and put the cap on. ---- I paid 2.99 for 1 unit and bought 2 which for some reason is cheaper than buying a multipack. So if you need several of these, it's cheaper than a multipack by a few individual units. Which is odd, because normally each unit should get cheaper as you buy more of something. ----- Anyway great product I highly recommend oh and yes it will be transparent.
