It is easy for recruiters, it has an intuitive interface that allows you to search by resume or job title quickly without having too much information about your candidate's profile (i.e., education level). I dislike how sometimes when searching resumes/candidates there are multiple results with similar names but different spellings of their lastname - this can be confusing if they're not looking at all possible matches! Also like mentioned above, some times we have trouble finding certain positions because other companies may also list them as well so its hard to know what exactly our clients want out of us from those searches alone. This makes tracking down specific jobs more difficult than necessary since most people will just go straight into applying rather then doing research first before sending over applications via email etc.. Make sure you understand everything listed under "Candidate Profile" section very clearly otherwise things might get lost during translation process between recruiter & client side.- Tracking applicants' progress through each.
