Very satisfied with the product. Lightweight and very comfortable to use. Very quick change, easy change, long battery life, lasts at least 4 weeks in one shift. Changed from 5 to 4. The first device worked and stopped charging after a few months. Got a replacement straight away from the company. I still like the product. It is easy to install and use, very hygienic and charges quickly. But 4 problematic and negative points: 1. The charging cable is very short, it is very inconvenient to charge, it is USB and with a very short cable, it is extremely inconvenient to hold an extension cord. The nbn d charging port is very weak and the charging is not very strong2. Doesn't work very well for more water, either for a kettle or water for spaghetti or soup. It looks like anything over 500ml starts to stop.3. It's quite a loud noise, but it's a pump.4. Stopped working and holding a charge after a few months of daily use. But we will provide full replacement immediately.
