As other reviewers have noted, this cable gland and many other models sold by Revain are less than 2 inches long and are very loose in the hole. When you move connected devices, the jacks wobble and sometimes pull. Other reviewers suggested using a 1 7/8 hole saw. If you do this it will be too tight and you will have to widen the hole with a round file or dremel tool for the bushing to fit. tool to do this you can remove too much material and go back to the starting point. The easiest fix is to gently wrap some tape around part of the shaft until it's tight enough to stay in the 2" hole. The bottom line is these Chinese made bushings are molded 50mm which is 2" to 1 7/8". Try to find this size in your local hardware. So my low score is for false advertising.
