Amazing and helps me sleep
First I should mention that I'm a 30 year old guy and bought this after seeing a tiktok video of someone joking that it cured their depression Has. It definitely didn't cure my depression, but it definitely helped with my crippling loneliness. I'm joking too, but seriously. It really helps - it comes vacuum packed so it takes at least a couple of days for the pillow to fully expand.
