Exactly what I wanted. I've only played with it a few times but so far so good. This is my first electric lighter but I love your idea of including a decent little flashlight. If I could make improvements, I would change the lighting mode selection to stick with the last used mode. You have to scroll every time, and I'm not a fan of the flash unless there's an emergency.

There were no laces and whistles in the kit but I would have thrown them away anyway. This is the coolest little lighter I've ever seen. The flashlight is excellent and fantastic in combination with a lighter. The electric igniter itself is amazing, it ignites the wicks of a candle as quickly as a flame. It's very light, I can't even feel it in my pocket. I love this thing and am looking for a long necked version for lighting jar candles.

These arc lighters are a fun toy and useful in certain situations but not very useful for starting a fire. Heat only occurs within the spark path, so anything you wish to ignite must be placed in or near the small space between the electrodes. That makes them pretty good for lighting cigarettes I think, but not very good for starting a fire. I made a video about this product. I was amazed that it would burn. I tried paper, look at it. Cardboard, look at it. Dry leaves, check. To my surprise, I even checked cracked dry wood. I never thought that due to its small size where the plasma fires are located it will be able to start a real fire right on the tree. The hardest part is lighting paper and staying lit, believe it or not. This will burn the paper instead of igniting it. I can honestly say that I lit a real fire with this lighter

First I ordered a plasma lighter but without LED lighting. When I saw this lighter at Revain I thought it might be more practical for everyday use at home. I really like the LED light which is pretty bright for its size. The case appeared to be well constructed and the lid was secured with a wire clip.
