The silicone case seems to be quite durable!
With the outbreak of the pandemic, we stopped going to the dry cleaners and started ironing at home. We normally buy ironing board covers from our local big department store, but as we iron more we have changed two covers in less than a year. Looking for a better finish, we found this Home Genie model and found that it has a more durable silicone screen and appears to be much more resistant to burns. The case doesn't get as hot as our previous cases and seems to last quite a long time. Overall it seems like a good buy.
