The center seam split apart after one month of use. No response from Sun2Solar as of now. The cover appears to be of thick durable material. It was easy to put on pool and is easy to roll up using the roll bar I ordered to go with it. I do need to put my foot on one end of the base of the bar to keep it from tipping when rolling up. I would recommend, but the center seam split apart after one month of use.

Seams were not sealed, there were 3 seams rather than one down the middle, like we had with Blue Wave Solar Panel. We just were trying to get away from the "clear" cover due to the wind and dust in our area. The seams fell apart before we could even get it onto the pool! Nice cover and great price. Previously used the heavier gray one but it only lasted a season and a half and it was double the price. Hope this one makes it through a couple of seasons. Came cut perfect to size of pool which is greatly appreciated and helped warm the pool up nicely once the sun came out for a few days. Will update at the end of the season as to the wear of this cover, but after 6 weeks - so far so good!

I chose the blanket because of the photograph. The photograph was unlike any the competitors small bubble rap style photographs. When I received the blanket, it looked like all of the other competitors blankets with small bubbles and NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOGRAPH. It looks like thicker standard shipping bubble rap. I bought this primarily to preserve water and keep leaves out of my pool. It did neither. Perhaps this works ok with a small pool, but with my 15x30, "kidney bean" shaped pool, it was rather useless. Even a light breeze bunched it to one side. Also, filtering equipment / skimmers could not operate with this covering the pool. Given the size, it is extremely difficult to manage and fold or roll - it took me 30 minutes to get it folded and rolled. Given it's bulk, I would consider it a hazard to…

Kids have been complaining for years the pool is too cold. After a few days using this cover it's almost too hot. It's doing a very good job. Keeps the bugs out, too. It's not too heavy, the kids can put it on and off by themselves.

I've had this cover for about 6 weeks. So far I love it. It warmed up my pool faster than any other cover and the light weight makes it easy to remove myself. Let's hope it lasts. Very happy with this purchase.

We received this Solar Blanket on Friday 5/15 I put it on the pool the same day and today 5/19 the seams are already coming apart. We will be requesting a full refundThey were real fast to ship out a replacement but as we unpackaged the Solar Blanket received 5/29 we noticed the seams were coming apart before we even got it out of the bag. At this point we don’t want another replacement we want a refund. This is a total pieces of garbage.

Great product! Very durable and it warmed my pool up quickly. I will say we have been having 90 degree weather but before I put the cover on, the water would not warm up. Of course it also great with keeping the debris out.

Seems robust enough although too early to know it durability. Not sure why it can't come 15ft X 30ft Oval. It is oversize and needs to be cut down, must assume not all pools are made alike but a pain to try and trim it just right so it lays flat. So I give it Four Stars as didn't expect so much trimming and it is still not as flat as would like it.

We bought this cover back in April, preparing for the upcoming swim season. We put the cover on the pool in mid/late May. As of now, the cover is separating at all seams. The glue used doesn't seem to be holding it together. I hope this is just an anomaly. I called customer service and they were very responsive, asking me to send a picture of the seam issue and they would send a new one. That was weeks ago and still no replacement. Cover seems sturdy and a bit heavier than the old one so it should last longer. As usual it had to be cut to fit but I haven't purchased on yet that didn't. It get a bit heavy when water lays on top but it doesn't have drainage holes so it's understandable.

Had one for my in ground, worked pretty well. Now have a temporary above ground… wow! Like surface it hot water after being on a day, mix it up and my pool is 85+, great for anyone that doesn’t want to ease into the water.

Lasted one season, then ended up with the little blue disks in my pool, this is my second cover in 3 years from this manufacturer, was hoping to get two years out of this one, but not happening. Yes, my chemicals are balanced.

WAY OVER PRICED. I expected this to be good quality for the price. I think this company is "price gouging" due to the pandemic which is very unethical. Low quality. The sides aren't straight. Very wavy. I expected to have to trim the ends like on other covers but this is just lazy poor quality.

One of the best covers purchased in 30 years. 2 seasons and still holding up well. Seldom do covers last more than 2 seasons around here and that includes expensive models

So increased rating based on great customer service.Original review: Had the cover 2 days, have not even cut it to fit the pool, and the seam is coming apart. Very disappointed. The reason I gave it 2 stars.it did help raise the pool temp about 6 degrees in those 2 days.

This cover raises the temperature of our pool by about 5 degrees on a sunny day and keeps it from losing heat overnight. It is heavy enough to be durable and last for years but light enough that I can take it off and on by myself. It arrived very quickly (did not have Prime when I ordered it). Great value for what I consider a necessary pool accessory if you live up North like me.
