I used to work for another vendor before I found PaperTracer. The product itself is awesome, and it does exactly what it claims. But the UI was pretty horrible (and still is). You have to understand a lot of programming concepts to get anything useful done with it. I'm not a programmer, so that made me sad. In the end, I decided to move on to something else because I couldn't stand having to fight the interface every step of the way. And if you don't know how to program, it's even worse! But if you know how to code, you'll love it. It's a piece of cake!
