After experiencing yet another issue with my computer's speakers, I began considering alternatives. After reading a number of reviews, I settled on this one. It is not a drawback that the speakers are somewhat large and need their own place. Jazz, rock, techno music, and classical all seem to be reproduced accurately, at least to my untrained ears. I went with brown headphones, but now I wish I had gotten black ones.
