Review on Avionté Staffing and Recruiting Software by Darrell Beecher

I love how easy it was getting resumes or candidates into my system after being sent from various sources like LinkedIn/Social Media etc - It just saves time not having to call each source as well as ensuring that everything goes where you want them! Not much dislike but maybe more so would be wanting some new features added such as Mobile App integration with better scheduling options with mobile phone use (for field personnel) this could really help ease our workloads when we are out at events & fairs during busy season!! For us there is nothing i can find fault with. We have been able to reduce hiring errors due to lack of staff members which has helped make sure those who do get hired perform their job duties properly. The system is easy to use and has all the features that I need. It's very user friendly. There are some things that could be improved but it's not bad as far as I can tell. I like how customizable the system is. It allows me to do everything that I need right from my computer. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great experience with their recruiting software. We have been able to streamline our process and keep track of candidates we are working with.
