Raisetickets makes it an easier task for us as we are able to handle our tickets from any part of India with just one click! We can even set up ticket categories which helps in managing all incoming requests more efficiently.- It is also very flexible so you don't have to do anything extra if your business expands or contracts by adding new employees etc., I would highly recommend this product because its quite affordable compared other softwares out there too:-) If nothing else - try their 10 day demo if they offer such option atleast once. They won’t let me down when my need arises again but will definitely be back next time around.- Ticket system management has become much simpler now after using raisinlines services,-.
