It's hard to explain the problem

I have a problem with this monitor. If there are dark lines on a white background, this will leave double/white noise. It's very difficult to explain, but I'll give you a picture. I know this is a nitpick, but I'm an artist and it's so annoying that I have to limit myself when painting digitally. I want a refund but I already threw the box away.
