Beautiful armchair. It's very comfortable and well made. The only problem with it was during the build process. While the graphical instructions are pretty clear, there is one flaw. The lever mounting bolts (two on each lever) show in the picture that a washer needs to be placed on the bolt and then the bolt inserted into the hole in the lever part which then attaches to the seat. The problem is that the washer will not fit into the notched plastic hole in the bracket because the hole is too small for the washer. There is no other use for the washers so I just put the bolts in without the washers and everything seemed to work. I would have given the chair 5 stars if it weren't for the confusion and some hassle during assembly.
