I would say when buying dog clothes always go up a size because when you wash it it loses size and then stays the same size as I learned the hard way. But it's surprisingly good quality, it feels a bit thin but thick at the same time, if you know what I mean? It feels very comfortable, my two dogs love it and are medium sized 20-30lbs with the others around 70lbs. It cost money when I bought it on sale
