I bought this item to clean my brushes. I had less than half a bottle, everything was in the box and the cap was open, plus the entire cap was almost fully open. But, oh my god, the product smelled wonderful. I will definitely order another bottle. I'll use what I can salvage. I have never seen such a pleasant smelling cleaner. I can't blame anyone for the leak. It happens. Can't wait to try this on my brushes
