Very stable stand suitable for computer accessories and peripherals

I use this stand with two Acer monitors (one 24" and one 23") and a freestanding mount. The base is nice and heavy, and the stand is very solid and easy to assemble, with lots of adjustments. The only problem is that the product description states that the stand has "separate tilt, swivel, windage, height and tension adjustments". All of this is true except for adjusting the height of the monitor. there is no separate setting for each individual monitor. It wouldn't be a big deal if the VESA mounts on my two monitors weren't so far apart. Although the screen height difference is only about half an inch, the mounting holes on the two monitors differ (in height) by about 2 inches (i.e. the top two holes on a monitor are about 1.5 inches from the top of the monitor away). ). screen, while those on the second monitor are about 3.5 inches from the top). As a result, one monitor hangs much lower than the other. It might not bother you (but it bugs the hell out of me). I looked around. on stands with independent monitor height adjustment, and they all seem much more expensive than this one. I then looked at height adjustment adapter plates for VESA mounts, but the only one I could find (FPMA-LIFT100) works for around $100. so for around $50 i'll probably buy a matching 24 inch monitor and give my wife the 23 inch (happy valentine's day dear!). If you have the right monitors for this stand and/or don't care about hanging them at different heights, then this is a very solid and relatively inexpensive stand for you.
