Okay, look, nobody said it was a maple donut. It is not. This is a diner. This is a small 80 calorie snack. The coating REALLY tastes like icing on a maple donut. The bar itself is chewy and not that tasty, but honestly the outer coating of the bar makes up for it. It's perfect for your purse or bag, desk drawer at work, whatever. It prevents the hunger that sometimes arises, which is all I could ask for when my blood sugar drops. Cozy. Good price. good size
