Review on CatalystOne by Jerry Mangum

We are using it since years, so I can't say that we have any problems with this product at all. It is very well integrated into our SAP system. You also get a lot of useful features like time off tracking or approval process. Even if you don't use them as an employee but only manage your profile in it - its still helpful! There aren't many things which could be improved about this tool. If you need just one thing from a human resources perspective - go ahead and try out this platform. My department runs almost entirely within catalystone now.
