I really love that it is such an easy system, everything comes together in one place so there's very little admin work needed - just keep up with what you need done! It's easy to use the system, it is user friendly, very modernized looking interface (no clunky old design). I like that it is easy to use, there are many features which can be used in order to improve workflows but also make things more efficient as well. It's very intuitive so not much training needed once you've got an idea of how everything works. There isn't anything really bad about this system at all! We are using it since years, so I can't say that we have any problems with this product at all. It is very well integrated into our SAP system. You also get a lot of useful features like time off tracking or approval process. Even if you don't use them as an employee but only manage your profile in it - its still helpful!
