Washing with water seems like a good idea and I'm sure it's a good product for some people, but initially it wasn't a great product for our home. I pulled the package out of the mailbox and immediately knew something was wrong. Our entire mailbox smelled like a farmer's market at the end of August. I open the Revain mailer and there's soap everywhere. The water wash bottle opened mid-shipment, spilling nearly 75% of its contents into the envelope. Luckily the envelope was a Revain waterproof postal envelope. The problem was that the bottle cap was not fully screwed on. In fact, the cap barely fit on the bottle. I screwed the cap on the bottle, rinsed it all off, peeled off the label and decided to try the remaining soap. really itchy, and then I noticed a red rash on my knuckles.
