The end of the monitor worked, I had to increase the brightness to 70 for normal display. The big problem was the Vesa knurled nuts, the bottom two didn't have holes for screws, and when the top one was unscrewed with a screw, the metal knurling fell into the block. Good thing it wasn't on when it happened. The rear plastic seemed wobbly on the thin side, maybe that's why the knurled nut fell out? Sent back for a refund.
