Honestly I hate drinking water. I have tried many water conditioners like Mio, Crystal Light and the like. Unfortunately, they all use synthetic sweeteners, at least for me. leaves a very bad chemical taste in my mouth that makes me want to drink something else. They use some sugar, but at around 5 calories per 16 ounces of water, I find them to be a lot better than the old backup sports drinks. As for the flavors, they remind me of Cool-Aid when I was a kid. I don't find any of the scents particularly great, but I don't find any of the scents unpleasant either. I would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for a water booster with no chemical aftertaste.
