Great taste, great hydration

I've tried all the Liquid IV flavors and watermelon is my favorite and passion fruit is my second favorite. Both taste sweet, so if you don't like the taste of watermelon or sugary drinks, you won't like watermelon or passion fruit. My stomach is very sensitive to artificial sugars and I am not responsive to IV fluids. I use fluids intravenously during my outdoor workouts that last over an hour and I don't feel drained and exhausted after my workout because it helps me stay hydrated! I wish it…

Watermelon πŸ‰ delicious, good for diet and sports nutrition

I like this product. This was the only fit fab fun product I actually ordered and I plan on ordering it and having it handy at all times! I've had heat stroke a few times and I know the signs of dehydration, especially in early summer, and when I feel it I just pour myself a 48 ounce mug of Go using one of these sachets, sip it and almost feel better. instantly. This is really a great product! Note that all cases of heat stroke occurred in Oklahoma or West Africa. 🀣🀣🀣

A few things to know about

Although I don't really enjoy working out, I live in an area that gets pretty hot in the summer and I need help with humidification when I'm working outside . That might help me. When my product arrived, I decided to try it with one of my favorite drinks, unflavored sparkling water. Lesson learned. DO NOT add to carbonated drinks! It reacts and causes a strong foaming reaction. The watermelon flavor isn't distinctly watermelon-like, but it's not unpleasant and tastes more like watermelon rind…
