A few things to know about

Although I don't really enjoy working out, I live in an area that gets pretty hot in the summer and I need help with humidification when I'm working outside . That might help me. When my product arrived, I decided to try it with one of my favorite drinks, unflavored sparkling water. Lesson learned. DO NOT add to carbonated drinks! It reacts and causes a strong foaming reaction. The watermelon flavor isn't distinctly watermelon-like, but it's not unpleasant and tastes more like watermelon rind. I'll finish it and see how it goes, and then I'll see where it takes me. I will definitely try a different flavor.
