Revised view. Please understand that my mediocre rating has nothing to do with customer service and is solely related to the quality of the product. I was offered a refund but it is not required. This tool works. It worked. However, I expect more durability from a special tool. Maybe my expectations are too high? Maybe my problem was in the design to protect the new bearings from damage. The aluminum stamp is too soft which resulted in something terrible coming out that rendered the tool unusable after the first use. For the price, I was able to do my work at home and ultimately saved hundreds of dollars. It was absolutely necessary to finish the work.
