Review on πŸ”§ Klein Tools 5240 Tool Pouch: Tradesman Pro Maintenance Holster with 9 Pockets for Electricians by Ronald Orear

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not strong enough, suitable for power tools and hand tools

Former electrician, love that it's minimalistic and only includes the tools I need. If you climb stairs all day, that's nice. My claim is durability. My pliers (same brand) caught on the stitched edge and ended up tearing the stitching. Now they get caught all the time and end up holding the holster with both hands. I've only used this tool bag for the last 6-8 months while renovating my own home. Definitely not in a commercial environment. My job has changed so I don't care as this will probably last for years after my renovation project but I was expecting much better quality from a brand I have trusted for many years. To be fair, the overall durability of the pouch is pretty good, perhaps a design flaw given the area where your tools can snag right from the start.

Pros
  • Got it!
Cons
  • The list will be long.
