It's easy to use, it has great customer service (which can't be said for every other online donation platform), they're always working hard at improving their product so that we don' have problems using them! They've been able help us with our campaigns since day 1 of my being an employee here in 2012 - I know everything about how this works because there are not many issues or questions asked by customers who choose actblue as well; which means you get answers quickly from your own team members rather than having someone else answer via email/phone call etc..
