I expected more from Neutrogena
I have bought three bottles and have relied on Neutrogena's quality product. Bad choice on my part. Ultimately, with some rubbing effort, you can make that white spot go away. Expect it to stay on your body for a few days as it took just as much effort to take it off in the shower. A plus? I have no doubt that it is VERY waterproof!
