The first thing I would like to say about this is that it is the same size as most bean straws except they are longer. I believe the length is quite large in case you get different size bean drinks. The straws are also made of a thicker material so you don't wear them out too quickly. It comes with a brush for you to easily clean the bean straws. These straws could easily pass pieces of fruit, beans, lychees and even pudding through the straw. You get several different straws, so you can easily have some on hand at home or keep them in your car (keep them out of the sun). One thing I would like to say is wash these straws and leave them in mild soap and warm water for a few minutes. This will remove any new plastic taste/odor. The brush easily removes any particles, but I would recommend rinsing right after us to make sure nothing gets stuck. Without a bottom like other bean straws, using this straw actually creates a bigger hole than necessary due to more plastic tearing than normal. Overall I think this product is pretty good for going green and just having a stronger straw.
