Will definitely help cool you down.

Bought a pair for my husband and I. We live in South Georgia where mosquitoes are just awful in the warm/hot months. We both agree that high-speed fans help keep mosquitoes off our faces when we're doing outdoor activities. The cool band near the neck definitely helps to keep you cool. My only suggestion would be that the fans can be adjusted to point more towards your face.
