Not quite happy. The front ones are more or less contoured to match the door sill of the 2021 RAV4 XLE Premium Hybrid. I checked the backs before removing them from the plastic bag. They seem to fit, but not as well as the front ones. I peeled off the backing of the sticky pad and placed it on the sill. Then it was obvious that he wasn't properly delineated. So I took it off as it was partially sticking to find a better fit and the edge (which was a bit sharp) was essentially scratching the door sill. The adhesive pad was not as thick as the front so the edge was very close to the door sill and caused a scratch: I'm a little frustrated as my 2021 RAV4 XLE Premium Hybrid is essentially brand new and now has a scratch. ! I had to add more of the included sticky pad. Luckily he wasn't outside the car. However, I am upset. In the end I didn't use the rear ones, just installed the front ones. If you plan to use the backs, place the included extra sticky pad and be careful if you need to remove and adjust the placement. . Again, the edges are not smooth.
