Just installed it on my GMC Sierra 1500 from 2014. With high mileage (i.e. more than 100,000 km), I am interested in changing the fluids more regularly. Pulling off the drain cap to drain the water is not my thing. As others have pointed out, the screws that come with the kit are useless. Even the standard studs are a bit short - losing about 8mm of hooks due to the increased thickness of the new cover. I think I used 25mm long M8 bolts for eight bolts; Two going through the brake line brackets required longer 30mm bolts, one with washers under the bracket in the cover's recess. If your cover has also been on the truck for a while, you should also consider a new gasket. My old one was in good condition but was a bit rusty/crusted on the outside edges. I took out a LubeLocker pad and, knock on wood, it seems to be working great.
