Does not fit 08 Cadillac Escalade ext what a waste had to buy new bolts because then the bolts that come with the kit are standard. I needed metric, wasted $13 there is also unlikely. This cover is too bulky to fit around the gearbox and hits the stabilizer bar.

Actual photo does not match what I actually received. milled aluminum and a very good piece. I already installed it and I like it much better.

Update August 2021: Great G2 diff covers, solid aluminum with good drain plug. I have bought three of these and installed them on my trucks, a 14 hole version on my K2500 swing axle and two different 10 hole versions on my K1500. G3 has attempted to address some of the issues others have noticed (my first cover only came with SAE bolts but required metric sizes) and now ships packages with both SAE and metric bolts. Just installed it on my GMC Sierra 1500 from 2014. With high mileage (i.e. more than 100,000 km), I am interested in changing the fluids more regularly. Pulling off the drain cap to drain the water is not my thing. As others have pointed out, the screws that come with the kit are useless. Even the standard studs are a bit short - losing about 8mm of hooks due to the increased thickness of the new cover. I think I used 25mm long M8 bolts for eight bolts; Two going through the brake line brackets

The picture was good but for the money I didn't expect it to be of such quality! Very pleasantly surprised. The filler plug on my 2000 Escalade was frozen and partially ripped off by Henry's friend trying to get it out. The cost of repairing it will likely be as high as this beautiful cover.
