I've been using these running shoes for 5 months with pretty good success. This is a good training shoe that doesn't feel like a boat anchor or heavy. I'm a natural heel striker and weigh 175 pounds. Every foot is different, I would advise customers to try on a pair of the same brand and model at their local shoe store and walk around to see if it fits your foot. Money. They fit well and make great training shoes. I didn't have Saucony ISO shoes before so I can't say if the previous model was better or not. Although I have had various Saucony shoes in the past that have worked well. It's always a good idea to buy multiple shoes for one that suits you. The price was reasonable, around the $80 mark. I have a hard time spending more than $100 on a pair of sneakers. These shoes fit me very well and you feel fast in them while walking.
