I bought a chair to try out before replacing everything in our reception area. We have already collected furniture, but found no instructions. The cover under the seat cushion is Velcro and it took me a few minutes to figure it out as it isn't mentioned anywhere! One of the legs is a bit longer so I had to put felt pads under the other 3 legs to keep it from rocking. It takes 30 minutes to assemble and you will need a screwdriver which wasn't listed in the instructions either. Make an assembly video or better pictures, not freehand drawings. So one star for bad directing and one star for leg problems. Hopefully the other 5 I want to order will be easier. Oh, they sit low to the ground and it can be difficult for the elderly to get out of their chair.
