Beautiful chair, looks very well made. Solid wood handles/legs look even better. The chair itself is pretty solid which to me means it will last longer. The assembly instructions were poorly explained but we assembled it in about 20 minutes and were able to do it a second time in 10. I would recommend it.

Definitely a wonderful chair - especially for the price. I bought a pair for our reception. The delivery was on time and very securely packaged. Not the best assembly instructions, but 20 minutes per chair and I was able to take these photos. Pillows are hard at first. Maybe they'll get more comfortable in a few weeks. Highly recommended for the price though.

Revain allows third parties to use the same photos and reviews on other lower quality products. I thought when he said "Amazon's Choice" he was guaranteed. But apparently not. I don't think Amazon should allow this practice, other review chairs are much higher quality. Maybe Amazon should get out of the furniture store if they can't guarantee what's shown is the quality you're getting.

This is not a Baxton chair as shown in the photos. I decided to put it together anyway, hoping all will be well, but it's not at all what was advertised. The pads on the screws are ugly plastic, the color of the wood is much darker, the back of the chair is uncomfortably straight. This garbage chair is back. I suspect the Revain stock chairs are correct, but the one sent to me by the OUTROAD seller is not.

This chair is great! Exactly like the picture and very well made! This chair is very durable which is what I expected based on the previous reviews. It's also a bit difficult to follow the instructions which slowed assembly. But it only took me 45 minutes to assemble the chair myself. Keep in mind that it includes almost all the components needed for assembly, but you will need your own Phillips screwdriver or drill. I assembled mine by hand. I bought a chair to try out before replacing everything in our reception area. We have already collected furniture, but found no instructions. The cover under the seat cushion is Velcro and it took me a few minutes to figure it out as it isn't mentioned anywhere! One of the legs is a bit longer so I had to put felt pads under the other 3 legs to keep it from rocking. Great chair. I agree with other reviewers that it's very hard, but it's really comfortable. It's surprising when you first sit in it how durable it is because it looks comfortable, but it's really nice to sit in. It is well thought out in terms of seat height, back angle and armrest height. At $163 I am very impressed with these chairs. The package arrived via UPS in good condition, not torn as many Amazon furniture reviews have pointed out. In the box, the furniture was well packed and generally in very good condition. I only found a few dents but no major light damage appears to have occurred when it left the factory as the places I saw them were well routed in the box.
