Review on 🔪 Enhanced Circle Scissor Plus Cutting and Drawing Tool by EK Success - Previous Packaging by Amanda Castillo

I wanted to cut out a circle for scrapbooking and looked at a few before deciding. I chose this one based on the reviews I received. I am very disappointed in this meat grinder. It's almost impossible to position the cutter over the image to cut the circle in the right place. And even sticking on small pictures and pieces of paper didn't completely prevent them from moving or wrinkling when cut. I had a lot of trouble cutting out small circles - from 1 to 1 1/2 inches. It seemed that the bigger you got, the easier it was to use (of course, the bigger your paper). I keep borrowing a friends circle cutter that she bought from Creative Memories and it works much better.
