Don't give up after the first try. It will work if you keep going like this.
Small dents from carts came out quite easily. I had a dent the size of a basketball with a panel that literally took me over 20 attempts to remove - I probably spent an hour and a half on that large dent. Don't give up after the first try! But he pulled the dent out and there's little left to show there was ever a problem. Plenty of glue sticks are included but I would appreciate a larger bottle of glue remover. Glue residue is difficult to remove from the vehicle without using a large amount of "glue remover".
