I would give this product 10 stars if I could. The first one I got was installed in my wife's 2017 Toyota Highlander. Installation wasn't difficult. The hardest part was getting your hands into the tight spots. The installation took a maximum of 30 minutes. It's nice that it even comes with a panel removal tool. The only thing missing from the kit was a basic screwdriver. I had a problem with the headlight function and contacted the support team. They responded within hours with some troubleshooting ideas. When that didn't work, they sent me a brand new unit. The replacement was delivered within a few days. This works perfectly. Overall great product and AMAZING customer service. I definitely recommend this starter.
