This is my third attempt at building a tower fan and I finally did it! I'll admit the remote control icons aren't exactly intuitive, but that's a small price to pay for a quiet and efficient blower! This is a complement to a window air conditioner - it moves cold air through my [small] living room (the arc is about 270 degrees) so I can set the air conditioner to a mid 70's temperature and still be quiet. cozy. This unit has been used for about a month so let's see how durable it is (already used a lot in early summer). I don't use sleep mode - I'd love to hear what others think about it (that's unusual, to say the least).
