I read reviews of this product and was reluctant to buy it. So it arrived and didn't work, I tried everything I could think of and nothing. I called IT support and spoke to Tony who was enthusiastic and also knowledgeable about his product. As for my issue, it lost connection on delivery, it took a little nudge to set it up again and now that it's downloaded everything I wanted, the choice is yours and it boots on my new computer. Tony answered a few questions and added some information that I couldn't think of. There were no printed instructions in the box, I'm in my 70's, I like paper instructions but I'm fine. It's fast and for me it's fun to watch. One thing I worry about is the stuff I don't need and how difficult it will be to remove later. I can come back with an update after it's all loaded and have a chance to check it out. I would recommend it. Four stars, if only because of my age, should be racing through the program for young people. I don't see the date I wrote the first bit above. I misunderstood what Picture Keeper should do. The images go into Pro and should stay there. You can view, move and delete your photos right here. Now I thought it was meant for me to take photos from one computer and transfer them to another computer. But no. So I had a lot of problems before I called their IT department for help. That's where I found Tony. He spent several hours on three different days making the machines the way I wanted them. He was always polite, professional and upbeat as he took on the task of saving the photos, cleaning up the mess I made and transferring all my photos to my new computer. In the 1920's my parents were young and I see them scrolling through my screensaver again. Thanks Tony, I had tears in my eyes when you finished. Don't be afraid to buy Picture Keeper, wonderful people Tony will help you if you encounter any problem.
