It took many hours to find my 50,000 photos and ended up crashing. Nice concept, but it's basically an expensive external hard drive that loads photos and videos without you having to tell it to look for them.

I use this product to back up all my pictures uploaded to my Mac. All the reviews I read before buying were "You plug it in and it does everything for you". It's not that easy, and I don't find the organization of the images counterintuitive.

You should actually read the instructions before use, but you don't have to. The product is as simple as it gets. Connected to my Mac, followed the onscreen instructions, clicked here, clicked there and I uploaded my photos and music. Creates 1 copy of each photo and music downloaded to your computer as advertised. No head butts, screams of indignation or curses. Damn slippery! Highly recommended.

I would like to return, my return window must not be closed as a Prime Member! Doesn't take photos of the car as written, I also had photos of strangers when I received my goods. Only used a few times because you can not understand whether it works AUTOMATICALLY. I feel I should be offered a refund for a product that is not performing and being used as advertised? I got my issues resolved with technical support. First, I couldn't get the software to work. It turned out that the drive inside the case had come loose when shipped. Melody asked me to remove the back of the drive, remove the internal unit, and then put it back in to reinstall it in the correct position.
