Good afternoon! I did not immediately write a review about the product, I decided to test it for a while. For a long time I was looking for a thermos of small volume and as a result the choice fell on this model. The first time I used it, I was disappointed, because the risks on the cork, which indicated the place from where the liquid would pour, did not coincide with the guides (you can get used to it, of course, but I consider it a marriage) photo in the attachment. And the second point, this is the time that he keeps warm, here I was disappointed. Boiling water poured into this thermos after 4 hours is just warm tea. I compared the thermos in terms of temperature with other noname thermoses, and out of 4 thermoses, this one had the coldest tea. There is a suspicion that the problem is still in the lid, since it heats up very much and there is a loss of heat. Manufacturer, advise what to do? Sincerely, Alexander
