Cashier Live - Overall good experience and great customer service

The best thing about this cash register system was that it allowed me as an employee at my restaurant (which I own) access from anywhere in order not only see what transactions were going but also be able edit them if needed! It could sometimes take awhile before things would sync back after making any changes which slowed down work flow just slightly when trying to make quick decisions while working during busy times like peak hours.

Other than those few minor issues there wasn't anything really bad i disliked however they did change their pricing plans once so now we have more expensive options then our previous plan offered us previously. We are running all POS systems through CASHIER LIVE standard including credit card swiping machine & hand held devices used by employees who sell food items/beverages.

  • Can handle most problems remotely without needing someone physically present for assistance with installation or troubleshooting etc.
  • Easy configuration using simple GUI tools, no need code knowledge required; very easy install process usually takes less 10 mins per device setup
  • All hardware included is top notch / well built quality you won’t go wrong spending money here
