I would give 6 stars if I could! I bought this helmet a few months ago. It was a bit small for me and they sent me a replacement earbud for free. Shortly thereafter I had an issue with Bluetooth and this company was extremely helpful and worked with me to resolve the issue. They sent a new dough for testing (free of charge). When this didn't solve the problem, they gave me several options to fix the problem. They could give a full refund or send another helmet. This company just kept going! I asked if they wanted me to send the old helmet back. They said to leave until a new one is brought. Due to circumstances beyond their control I was told they could not tell me how long it would take. I decided to wait with another helmet. When it arrived I asked what I would have to do to send the old one back. All they asked was to check the postage and if it's too expensive to keep the helmet. I bought this helmet because it supports Bluetooth. Knowing what I know now, I would buy anything from this company! They really went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!
